Work Order

The above requester hereby orders a marine survey to be conducted by Maritime Surveyors for the sole benefit of the requester. Vessel is to be surveyed for purchase and insurance purposes.

COST OF SURVEY

Survey includes inspection time, photographs (to identify vessel), hard copy of report, e-mail in PDF format, and U.S.P.S. mailing. Additional charges may be assessed for travel time if more than 60 miles from Maritime Surveyor’s office. If you would like to receive your survey completed the day of the survey it can be arranged for $100.00. For an additional fee of $50.00, the report of survey and at least 20 photographs and additional information will be placed on a CD and mailed U.S.P.S. Priority Mail along with paper marine survey. The report of marine survey normally is available for pick-up or delivery within 2 business days of inspection. Survey fee must be paid before or at the time of survey. If the scheduled marine survey is not canceled by telephone, in-person, or writing, within 24 hours of scheduled survey, the cost of survey is 50% of “Cost of Survey” and 100% of all “Travel Fees” if any ticketing and or reservations were made by Maritime Surveyors in advance.

Requester is responsible for all fees associated with marine survey and inspections. Maritime Surveyors is not responsible for actions or damages by repair persons, boatyards, or any entity or person not employed by Maritime Surveyors. In addition you are guaranteeing that Maritime Surveyors is granted permission by the owner of the vessel to inspect said vessel. By signing this Work Order you are agreeing to the cost of survey and terms and conditions above.
